As of the end of July, I've still raised 2.3x as much for Democrats as I had at the same point 4 years ago, although for the month of July alone I actually fell behind the 2024 cycle for the first time, raising just $104K vs. $126K in July 2024.
In addition, reality finally set in when comparing Presidential and midterm cycles: My 2026 cycle fundraising total also fell behind the $1.12 million I had raised as of the same point in 2024.
In terms of category breakout, so far this cycle I've raised:

The ~$1.1 MILLION I've raised so far consists of over 124,000 individual donations averaging just $8.94 apiece (admittedly, most of those were in the form of larger donations split among multiple candidates).
It's gone directly to ~2,700 different Democratic candidates (along with several dozen state & local parties), averaging over $400 apiece:

I've changed my social media engagement methodology; since I've solidly established that Bluesky (and other platforms) generate several times more engagement (click-thrus per follower) than Twitter, I'm going to focus purely on actual funds raised via each.
In July 2026, links posted to Bluesky generated 21% of total funds raised (the all-time high so far was actually 53% in January); overall Bluesky has generated 22% of everything I've raised for candidates to date.
Twitter/X generated 20% of the May funds but is still a distant second place overall at 12% of total donations.
The other four platforms combined (Threads, Mastodon, Spoutible & Daily Kos) generated a combined 3% of funds for the month, and 5.5% of the cumulative total.
