It turns out that Utah's candidate filing deadline was over a month ago, on January 8th, so I've gone ahead and filled in the competitive state legislative candidates for districts which only have one Democrat running.
Seven of the 11 candidates listed are incumbents running for re-election (*). Two of the districts have competitive Democratic primaries so I'll have to wait until the nominee is determined first.
While the other 9 are listed, only one of them has an active ActBlue page at the moment due to state law prohibiting incumbent legislators from accepting campaign donations while the legislature is in session. This also applies to the state House & Senate Democratic caucuses. You can still donate to the state Democratic Party, however, as well as one non-incumbent candidate:
